Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 48 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval. If the order has already been processed, prepared, or allocated for shipment, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee will apply.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
Due to the high value, size, and shipping requirements of electric bikes and trikes, all returns are subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Item must be in new, resellable condition
- All original parts, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
Any item that shows signs of use, wear, assembly, damage, or modification is not eligible for return.
Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
Restocking Fee (Non-Negotiable)
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- This fee reflects inspection, handling, depreciation, and repackaging costs
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
- Culture Ebikes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured freight method
Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts
- Refused shipments or failed delivery attempts will be treated as a return
- These orders are subject to:
- 20% restocking fee
- All original and return shipping costs
- No exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible
At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide a resolution.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- The following will be deducted:
- 20% restocking fee
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Legal & Policy Enforcement
By placing an order with Culture Ebikes, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy.
Culture Ebikes reserves the right to:
- Deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above
- Refuse returns that show signs of use, assembly, or damage
- Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
